Fun Engagment Photo with Bridesmaid

professional engagement couple picture poses ideas
One of this couple's bridesmaids came along on their engagement shoot and I had her adding a bit of "wind". The bridesmaid/photo assistant really got into her job and kept creeping closer and closer to get the perfect angle to blow the hair. I couldn't resist including a picture where the bridesmaid is in the portrait. It's always fun to enlist a close friend or family member to assist you in getting ready or changing clothing during your session. What a great memory this image makes and that's what our goal is, to make a memorable portrait of you and your loved ones.

SAVE THE DATE Card Created From A Recent Engagement Session

This Save The Date card was made using images from a recent engagement session. It was a special engagement session for me, I did Heathers senior portraits or pictures six years ago and
the fact that she trusted me to capture two of the most important times of her life is special to me. I love my job!

Heather and Chris met six years ago, during Heather's senior year at Plano East. Heather was co-captain of the Plano East Swim Team and also belonged to C.O.P.S. (City of Plano Swimmers). She was constantly training and swimming in meets so she wasn't able to work an after school job until swim season was over her senior year. Her first job was as a checker at Tom Thumb in Allen Texas at McDermott and I75. She met Chris there; he was also cashiering while taking college courses. So now you know the "why" about the image in front of the Tom Thumb.

It was pure dumb luck, or kismet, perhaps.... that there was a huge heart shaped Doctor Pepper carton display in the Tom Thumb storefront window the day we shot the shopping cart image.
Surely, it's an auspicious sign.

The card will be press printed with a glossy front and mailed in an envelope. Heather chose square because it's to be a theme at her wedding and purple because thats her wedding colors. Information will be added to the back of the card to direct guests to their custom wedding web site for more wedding details.

You can see some more of Heather and Chris' engagement portraits on the Ann Martin Photography website in the couples gallery.
